6. If any member seeks to cancel his/her membership, will not be considered during the scheme period and will be according to company’s rules and regulations.
7. Change of name or transfer of membership to some other member who is identified by his/her will according to
the company’s rules and regulations and will attract additional charges as fixed by the company,
8. Registration / agreement charges are to be borne by the members as fixed by the company
9. Interest at the rate of Rs.2/- per month will be charged for overdue instalments are not paid for three
succession, management reserves its right to change the membership without any prior notice
10. Management reserves its right to increase the price of farm land / residential plot in the above scheme before
enrolment of a member. and the company has the right to inerease or decrease the number of member
11. Management is authorized to admit or reject any membership. management reserves its right to change the
rules and regulations of the scheme before the member joints scheme.
12. The company will not be responsible for unauthorized agreements, receipts and promises made by anyone
other than above terms & conditions.
13. All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad city / Ranga Reddy district courts only.
